There is a wonderful book that I recommend.  It is Crane’s Blue  Book of Stationery.  This book talks about different kinds of paper, various forms of printing,  how to compose all types of invitations, and how to respond to invitations.  It is a great resource book with good examples.  This is a handy book to have when you are faced with writing replies,  addressing invitations, and creating invitations.  Enjoy.  Please let me know if any of you have used Crane’s book and if it helped you.
